Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of your reservation by email or by phone. Bookings must be paid by acceptable and valid credit card, bank transfer or by cash, cheques are no longer accepted.
All published rates include VAT where applicable (and local taxes) at the current rate.
Rates are per person, per room per night. If you have selected supplements they will be added to the total price of the booking.
Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

We welcome dogs for a charge of £10 per pet / per night (please see our T&C’s for further information)

We welcome children to our accommodation and provide a high chair, cot and stair guard (for our upper floor) on request and free of charge. Please contact us for further details.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 20:00 and check-out is at 11:00. 

Should you require an earlier check-in or late check-out time, please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate your request.

 

Yes, we provide free Wifi, which is stable and fast most of the time, although during busy times of the day it can be a little slow as we are in a rural location.
Crumlin, Templepatrick and Antrim are all a 10 minutes drive from The Rocks Bed and Breakfast. Please note there is no public transport within a 2 mile walk from the Rocks, a reliable taxi service is available but a car would give you the most flexibility during your stay.
No, we supply clean bed linen and towels for your stay, bed linen will be changed on day 4 of your stay. For towels, the rule is if you leave the towel on the floor of the shower they will be replaced with fresh ones, but to help the environment we would be grateful if you would reuse towels where possible by hanging them up on the heated towel rail. However, if you require fresh towels daily, that’s not a problem.
Thank you for asking! Yes, we do. We really appreciate that you leave your muddy boots and all muddy items just inside the front door. If you have any muddy boots, please let us know and we will provide you with a little deposit box to leave them until your next wear!
